What is the minimum order length for fabrics?
Our minimum order length is typically one metre. However, some special clearance remnants may be sold in pre-cut lengths as specified on the product page.
How much does shipping cost within the UK?
We offer competitive flat-rate shipping across the UK. Orders over a certain value may qualify for free standard delivery; please check your cart for the most accurate shipping estimate.
Can I request a fabric sample before placing a large order?
Due to our high stock turnover and discount pricing model, we do not currently offer a formal sampling service. We provide high-resolution images to represent the textures and colors as accurately as possible.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 working days, while express options are available at checkout if you need your fabric sooner.
What is your return policy for cut-to-length fabrics?
As fabric is cut specifically to your requirements, we can only accept returns if the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt if there is an issue with your order.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
Our prices are already heavily discounted to provide the best value. For full-roll purchases or extremely large quantities, please contact our wholesale department for a custom quote.
