At Pound A Metre, we want you to be delighted with your fabric purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please ensure that fabrics remain uncut and in their original condition to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the uncut fabric and include a note with your order details and Authorization number inside the package.
Ship the Parcel
Send your return via a tracked postal service to our warehouse address; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Processing & Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned fabric, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
